1UA-AGE

Maritime Document Intelligence

Your team reads seafarer documents by hand. The pilot turns an agreed document set into structured profiles, shows the source and confidence for every field, and sends uncertain or consequential cases to a person.

Pilot scope

Documents in. Reviewable profiles out.

The pilot maps an agreed document set into a customer-defined schema. Every extracted field can carry its source, confidence and exception status.

Controlled workflow

Ingest → Extract → Constrain → Verify → Review

01

Ingest

Receive the agreed document set inside the customer environment.

02

Extract

Create structured fields with links to source evidence.

03

Constrain

Apply approved schemas, document rules and crewing logic.

04

Verify

Measure quality, confidence and unresolved exceptions.

05

Review

A person approves, corrects or rejects the result.

Acceptance

Quality is measured, not assumed.

  • Ground-truth sample agreed during discovery
  • Field-level extraction accuracy
  • Rule coverage and exception rate
  • Confidence thresholds and review workload

Decision boundary

The system does not autonomously hire, reject or approve seafarers. Low-confidence fields, conflicts, missing documents and consequential decisions remain with authorized people.

Data boundary

Deployment is designed for the customer’s controlled environment. Production data is not used before agreed privacy, security and access controls are in place.

Product architecture

Reusable core. Maritime pack. Isolated adapter.

01

1UA-AGE Core

Private runtime, orchestration, evidence, evaluation and deployment mechanics.

02

Maritime Domain Pack

Document schemas, checks, confidence rules and crewing-domain logic.

03

Customer Adapter

Customer-specific integrations and mappings kept separate from the reusable product.

Commercial path

From discovery to an accepted pilot.

01

Paid discovery

Inventory documents and systems; define schema, rules, security boundary, test set and acceptance criteria.

02

Customer-funded implementation

Configure the reusable domain pack and build the isolated customer adapter against the agreed scope.

03

Validation and handover

Run the acceptance set, report limits and exceptions, hand over the customer-hosted system and agree support.

Work begins only after a written agreement and advance payment. Send a non-confidential outline of document types, target system and preferred timeline.
